A thing someone told me a while ago that i havent managed to shake off is that gum with plastic and sugar is damaging to ones teeth because it tears on the teeth aswell as it stimulates bacterial growth because of its sugary contents... I had no idea so i stopped chewing gum for a while... Also he told me whenever you swallow the gum whole it also comes out whole- ouchie for tummy! As i am writing this i am chewing on yummy gum lol laugh
